Terms of use

RUMAE provides financial organisation, analysis, forecasting, goals, optimisation suggestions, behaviour insights and coaching for a household, based on the records you enter.

RUMAE V1 organises, analyses and advises. It does not connect to your bank, and it cannot transfer, move, borrow or spend money on your behalf. Accepting a suggestion records your intent only — you carry out any financial action yourself.

RUMAE Version 1 does not automatically:

• transfer money
• move money between accounts
• borrow money or arrange credit
• carry out an optimisation option
• carry out a coaching suggestion
• make any transaction with a bank or other provider

Where RUMAE records a suggestion as accepted, that records your intent only. No financial action is executed by the product.

RUMAE is an information and organisation tool. Its analysis, forecasts, optimisation options and coaching suggestions are generated from your own records and are not personal recommendations from a regulated financial adviser. Decisions about your money remain yours.

Requires review: The regulatory-status wording, any disclaimer of liability and the governing-law clause require owner and legal review before public launch. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for who you admit to your household. Any active member of a household can read that household’s shared financial records according to their role.

RUMAE Version 1 is offered as-is. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable for maintenance. Material changes to these terms will be reflected here with a new last-updated date.

You can stop using RUMAE at any time. The signed-in Account and data page can permanently delete your authentication identity, de-identify your retained profile, end active memberships and revoke local entitlements once ownership and subscription safety checks pass. Shared household data and required historical/audit evidence are retained; closure is not universal physical erasure. For questions, contact privacy@rumae.example.
